The real star of this blend is the pear. We’re proud to source our organic pears from Mt. Hood Organic Farms in Hood River, Oregon. This beautiful farm has been lovingly tended by John and Brady for over 40 years. As the first organic growers in the region and certified Biodynamic, they are true stewards of the land.

We bring their pears back to Bend, hand chop them, and freeze dry them in-house to preserve their natural sweetness and character. The result is a blend that’s both elegant and grounded, like a conversation shared with someone you love.
