Description
Ever Spring Oolong is a beautifully fragrant tea with a natural honeysuckle aroma and a smooth, lightly floral flavor. It comes from a rare hybrid tea tree discovered in Muzha, New Taipei, Taiwan over 20 years ago. Known as “Ever Spring” because it produces new leaves all year long, this tea has become a favorite for its elegant character and full-leaf beauty.
The rolled whole leaves unfurl when steeped, releasing new layers of flavor with every infusion. We recommend steeping this oolong multiple times to enjoy its full range — from delicate florals to soft, lingering sweetness.

Experience tranquility with every sip of this tea, as the moment the leaves start steeping, a profound sense of relaxation washes over you. The aroma, reminiscent of heavenly honeysuckle blossoms, is present both in the packaging and the tea itself. This soothing scent and taste come through in every cup, with a natural sweetness that makes it complete just as it is.

Everspring Oolong showcases the beauty of Si Ji Chun, or Four Seasons Spring, a Taiwanese cultivar known for its fresh floral character and year round growth. The dry leaves unfurl fully when steeped, revealing whole leaf integrity and evolving flavor across multiple infusions.
In the cup, this tea offers a luminous golden liquor with a natural honeysuckle aroma. The flavor is smooth and lightly floral, balanced by gentle vegetal sweetness and a soft creaminess through the mid palate. The finish is clean, refreshing, and pleasantly lingering.
An elegant, well balanced oolong that rewards repeated steepings.

This one really feels special to me. It just hits home. The first thing I noticed was the honeysuckle aroma. Its soft, slightly sweet, and welcoming. Paired with the oolong base, it creates this gentle floral cup with a light herbal tone that I really love. It’s smooth, never sharp, and has this calm, refreshing quality that makes me want to keep reaching for it.

This was such a beautiful oolong! I love watching the leaves unfurl. It brewed up a lovely light golden color. The flavor was incredible! It had gentle floral notes and a soft sweetness that was reminiscent of fresh honeysuckle. It was so smooth and well-balanced, and had a velvety mouthfeel. Each infusion just got better and better. This is definitely a new favorite of mine, highly recommend!

I was able to brew this tea gongfu style with 3 grams of tea in my gaiwan using the recommended 185F. This oolong brews up to a beautiful bright yellow green that is so springy. I get a lively oolong in the first infusion with a creamy white floral note that is so delicious. Throughout my session (I think I ended up with 5 infusions), the floral note was very prominent and continued to deepen in each infusion. I adore oolong of all types—the floral ones, the charcoal ones, the honey ones, the fruity ones (I love oolong, ok?!?)—and this was such a winner to me!
This tea was gifted to me by the company, and I am providing my honest review.

On opening the package you note an aroma that is deeply honeysuckle, sweet, floral, and softly inviting. The dry leaf features beautifully rolled whole leaves that slowly unfurl when steeped, revealing large, supple leaves with a vibrant olive-green hue. The liquor brews to a creamy, light golden color with a smooth body and distinct honeysuckle flavor. Delicate yet flavorful, it lingers gently after each sip. A lovely, delicious Oolong that has quickly become a new favorite.

The leaves are fresh, green, and rolled with a soft, springlike aroma. I steeped this in a Yixing teapot at 185F. The resulting infusion was a soft, sunshiney yellow.
This tea is just what I needed today — it’s springtime sunshine in a cup; soft and smooth with a subtle sweetness. It’s not overtly floral, but it’s got subtle notes of honeysuckle that linger on the palate. It’s a beautiful tea, and one I’m eager to re-infuse. It feels joyful and hopeful; I’m hoping that spring comes soon. Until then, you’ll find me sipping multiple infusions of this tea today, letting it warm and comfort me.

This Taiwanese Si Ji Chun Oolong was such a beautiful, easy-drinking tea. Brewed at 185°F for 2 minutes, it delivered the loveliest honeysuckle note — light, floral, and gently honey-sweet without being overpowering.
The body was smooth with a soft, creamy feel, and I made three steeps with this tea — all three held up wonderfully. The first infusion was bright and floral, the second developed a bit more body, and by the third steep it softened into a delicate, lightly green sweetness.
A truly elegant oolong that feels like spring in a cup.

This tea quickly became one of those afternoon companions that encourages you to slow down and stay present 🌿✨
Everspring Oolong opens with bright floral notes reminiscent of sweet honeysuckle, followed by a beautifully buttery and creamy body that feels smooth and comforting with every sip. Each infusion revealed something slightly new, allowing the tea to evolve gently throughout the afternoon.
Brewed across multiple infusions, this was the kind of tea that naturally extended the moment—one cup turning into another without noticing the passage of time. A peaceful, grounding tea perfect for quiet afternoons when you want to simply sit and enjoy the experience of the leaf. After the fourth infusion, I decided to start anew and it was a fun time experimenting with steep times. I did not add anything to this tea, although I think a little honey could be added if you needed sweetness.
Brewed at 185 degrees, rinsing for 30 secs before steeping for 3 mins for 3 additional infusions. Its magical watching the tightly rolled oolong tea unfurl to big beautiful bright green leaves.

The whole leaves are tightly rolled and intact, with a verdant mix of seaweed and forest green color, signifying freshness with its lush green color, and indicating that this is an oolong with some oxidation but perhaps on the less-oxidized end of the oolong spectrum.
This oolong is top notch – no astringency or bitterness. Just a relaxing, high quality pure oolong with a slight mineral flavor and notes of what they described as honeysuckle, but I’m getting almost like a fiji apple. There is a slight crisp dryness to it, but it the good way that you get after biting into an apple.
I’m a big fan, and I’ll certainly be having this again.

The package promises notes of honeysuckle and this tea delivered. The scent immediately took me back to my childhood home and the big patch of honeysuckle my neighbor had along the side of his house. Such a nice, sweet, summary smell.
The tea is a lighter oolong. I found it to have a floral flavor taste but certainly not overpowering. For me, it was a nice smooth tea. I added just a sprinkle of sugar to bring out the sweetness, I didn’t need much.
I really liked this oolong. It reminded me of summer! This would probably be a great iced tea.
