This herbal blend is not only delicious but packed full of health benefits. The combination of the butterfly pea flowers and the citrus in the blend activate to create a beautiful indigo colored tea. It’s amazing as an iced tea as well as hot. I like to enjoy it with a touch of honey. The honey compliments the flavors in the blend perfectly.

This blend has a wonderfully inviting aroma. I brewed 1 ½ teaspoons at 170° for 5 minutes, then let it cool before pouring it over ice. The butterfly pea flower created a stunning indigo hue, which transformed into a rich purple with the addition of fresh lemon juice. The flavor is beautifully balanced—the fruit complements the floral notes without either overwhelming the other. It carries just the right touch of natural sweetness and is incredibly refreshing, perfectly satisfying my thirst.

I steeped this as a hot tisane and added a little honey, cooled in the fridge over night and then mixed with organic whole milk to make as an iced latte. Absolutely loved the color and it was so delicious. Just like one of those expensive drinks from the specialist tea shops.

I was really excited to try this one since I’ve never had butterfly pea flowers before. This herbal blend was so pretty! It brewed up a beautiful color. This was a very interesting blend! It had notes of citrus, lemongrass and lavender. I tried this one plain and sweetened, both were good but i preferred it sweetened. The sugar helped bring out more of the floral and fruit notes. This was a fun and refreshing tea and I really enjoyed trying it!

Another brew from Inspired Leaf Tea that comes in the most beautiful color. Indigo ambrosia is an herbal tea with fruits, lemongrass, butterfly pea flower, and other herbs. This tea might have the most pretty purple-pink color brew and rainbow colored loose leaf that I have seen. Can’t help but be mesmerized, it’s almost an art to have such a vibrant blend.
I prepared this tea through hot brewing and then icing. I made one batch with a touch of honey and lemon juice, and another on its own. Taste wise I get a medley of herbs and lemon/lemongrass. I preferred the sweetened version as I thought it brought out the fruitier notes. The unsweetened version was more herbaceous forward. It tasted pleasant hot as well and was very refreshing overall.

I steeped 4.5 grams in 16 ounces of 212 degree water for 5 minutes before putting it in the fridge overnight to have iced the next day. This is a delicious, lovely, floral, fruity tisane blend that I found super enjoyable and refreshing! I love the flavor of butterfly pea flower – it has a unique flavor profile of being earthy, vegetal, and slightly sweet. I found the flavors of the other ingredients complimented the butterfly pea flower nicely without drowning it out. I think after the pea flower, the lavender stood out for me the most. I really appreciate how well the fruity flavors are balanced with the floral notes in this blend. I like that there’s enough natural sweetness from the apple to not need to add sugar. In fact, I tried it with sugar and I found that I enjoyed this better on its own! The color of the tisane is gorgeous, the blend itself is gorgeous, and I love that organic ingredients are used! I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys floral and fruity non-caffeinated iced teas!

I enjoyed this tea iced while relaxing on my deck in the sun. This blend is stunning—from the colorful loose leaf to the freshly brewed, gorgeous blue-purple hue! The flavor is bright and fruity with soft floral notes, giving me total summer flower garden and fresh-picked, sweet juicy fruit vibes. I noticed subtle hints of lemongrass and licorice root, which added balance, but it is the fruity-floral taste that really shines! It makes a perfect iced tea for a naturally caffeine-free summer sip. I loved the fresh fruity aroma, the beautiful purple color, and the cheerful summer feeling this tea brings with every cup.

Indigo Ambrosia is a delightful and refreshing herbal infusion. The butterfly pea flower sets the stage visually. The citrus, lavender, lemongrass, licorice root, strawberries, lemon myrtle, and jasmine petals deliver a complex but crisp taste profile. I took the advice of the website and also added some honey, which was a great recommendation! If you enjoy creative herbal infusions, this may very well be the one for you. Cheers

This evening’s tea selection was Indigo Ambrosia from Inspired Leaf, which I chose to serve iced. In order to adjust for the ice, I increased the amount of leaves used and extended the brewing time.
The outcome was extremely pleasing, conjuring up images of a warm Oregon summer filled with sweet fruits, flowers, and subtle hints of lemongrass.
The combination of apples, orange peel, strawberry, and lemon contributed a fruity and refreshing quality, while the floral components, including lavender, rose, and jasmine, added a delicate touch. The sweetness of the tea was achieved through the incorporation of butterfly pea tea and licorice. It is worth noting that, despite my sensitivity to licorice, its presence in the tea was masterfully balanced, making it imperceptible. In conclusion, the tea was a true delight, and I will certainly enjoy it again in the future.

The blend is gorgeous, with visible pieces of fruit, delicate rose petals, and fragrant jasmine flowers. The flavor is bright and refreshing, with the lemongrass taking the lead for me, while the other botanicals provide a soft floral and citrus backdrop.
This tea is just as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the taste buds. I cold brewed it overnight and was instantly charmed by the vibrant, uplifting color in my glass—it’s the kind of hue that makes you smile before you even take a sip. Itxs one of my most favorite colors.
I enjoyed it with no sweetener—it doesn’t need anything extra. It’s a pure, cheerful, feel-good

I cold-brewed this tea with two heaping “perfect” teaspoons worth of tea in my 20 ounce Weck jar. This is such a lovely herbal infusion! As a cold brew, I get lots of fruit flavor upon first sip, and throughout the glass. There is something in this that is quite creamy tasting to me (maybe the jasmine or lavender?), so this almost has a tiny tiny tint of fruity cereal. I also really like how juicy this one was! I feel like this is the perfect cold brew tea—the fruits get rehydrated and it becomes quite nectar-like. I think we can all agree this is a beautifully stunning cup of tea. As beautiful as it is to look it, it is equally tasty to drink.
One side note—I typically do not enjoy tea blends with licorice in them. I could not taste it in this blend, and couldn’t even tell it was there, so that was another instant win for me!
I highly recommend this one, especially if you love fruity teas and want something herbal in your collection!
