This tea was really good! I steeped 2 tsp at 175° for 3 minutes. It brewed up a pale yellow color. It has a slight vegetal note followed by sweet pea. It’s surprisingly light, with a gentle, lingering sweetness. I love how fresh and clean this green tea tastes. I really enjoyed reading about this tea, grown by a female-run group dedicated to empowering women and producing tea without the use of pesticides. Knowing the story behind this tea makes me appreciate it even more. Highly recommend giving this one a try!
This tea was gifted to me by purveyor, but all opinions are my own.

This green tea brews up a beautiful yellow. I thoroughly enjoy a crisp green tea, and this was just that—bright with a vegetal green bean note. I didn’t find this too astringent or bitter, but just right. I was able to get three infusions out of this tea. I enjoyed this as an afternoon pick-me-up and it was very refreshing. A lovely sign of spring to come!
This tea was gifted to me by the company, and I am providing my honest review.

This whole leaf green tea yields a soft golden-green liquor with a light, fresh aroma and gentle vegetal sweetness, grown clean and pesticide-free for a pure, authentic cup. The flavor is smooth and clean, with delicate grassy notes and a subtle natural sweetness that finishes crisp without bitterness. I only drink green tea occasionally, but I was curious to try a Vietnamese tea since each country and region has its own terroir that gives tea its unique character. I enjoyed this one immensely, and it’s a green tea I would gladly drink again. I was supplied this tea for free from Inspired Leaf in exchange for an impartial review, and all thoughts and opinions are my own.

The grassy almost fresh sweet pea taste is refreshing and comforting. This tea is definitely more green tasting than roastey. It’s actually a very lovely smooth green tea.

This is a gorgeous green tea — it’s vegetal with a note of sweet pea. It has a lovely, springlike energy and a subtle, lingering sweetness. It feels the first breath of warm, springtime air after winter has finally ended. It’s a very drinkable tea and I’m quite glad I made a whole pot.

This vibrant Vietnamese green tea was beautifully fresh and lively in the cup. Brewed with 3g at 175°F for 2 minutes, it delivered a bright green profile with a distinct sweet pea note that felt both delicate and naturally sweet.
The body was smooth and clean, with fresh spring undertones and just the slightest gentle dryness at the finish. It’s refreshing, balanced, and incredibly easy to sip.

Yet another quality tea from Inspired Leaf, the Vietnamese Green packs a punch with a heavy, vegetal taste with a certain sharp zing to it that sits on the hard palate and wakes you up upon the first sip.
I get notes of caramelized brussel sprouts and eggplant. The description compared it to “the gentle sweetness of sweet pea.” Sweet is probably not the word I would use, but I can see where one might taste sweet pea.
All in all, this tea provides an energetic focus and clarity ideal for a meditative gong fu session or the punch for a focused but reflective morning power walk.

This tea had a very sweet and clean scent. I drink less green tea than other types of tea. It was a smooth tea but I couldn’t really pick out any notes of the sweet pea that is noted on the package. I ended up making a mocktail with a splash of coconut seltzer and lime juice and added sugar. That was incredibly refreshing and I would use this green tea again for a base of different mocktails!
