Our warm hug chai tea blend has the perfect balance of heat and spice. It’s like a warm hug in a cup!

We start with an organically grown Elephant Friendly™ whole leaf black Assam tea. This very special tea is grown at the foot of the Himalayas on a small tea farm that was the first to be certified as Elephant Friendly ™. Elephant Friendly ™ tea farms follow guidelines that help to prevent injuries to Asian elephants as they pass through the tea farms and open up safe habitats for the elephants.

We then blend in organic cinnamon, organic ginger, organic cardamom, organic peppercorn, organic star anise and orgainc chillies.
All the spices are ground in house to give you the freshest tea possible.

The creamy, malty Assam black tea is the perfect base for this special chai blend.

You can brew it as a traditional chai tea by brewing in milk instead of water, or brew in water and add a splash of milk or milk alternative. We love it with a splash of oat milk and a bit of pure maple syrup.
