Each cup of this aged treasure unfolds with a smooth, velvety texture and a satisfyingly robust profile that evolves with every steeping. Perfect for connoisseurs and tea enthusiasts alike, our Ancient Tree Big Leaf Ripe Pu-erh tea invites you to savor the legacy of centuries-old tea trees and experience the true essence of Yunnan’s Pu-erh tradition.
Steeping instructions: For best results use freshly boiled water at 200 degrees fahrenheit. Use 3-4 grams of tea per 8 ounces of water and steep for 3-5 minutes. This initial steeping allows the leaves to fully open and release their flavors. Subsequent infusions can be steeped longer, gradually increasing the time by 30 seconds to 1 minute with each subsequent infusion. Pu-erh is known for its ability to be steeped multiple times (generally 3-5 times or more), with each infusion offering a slightly different flavor profile.
Ingredients: Organic black tea
